Built in 1954 and renovated in 1996 as a 10 floor, 273 room hotel/condominium, all 150 guestrooms have full kitchenettes and water views.
The hotel offers direct access to a wide beach, and a large heated pool is surrounded by a spacious pool deck. 2,000 square feet of flexible function space for fine banquets, business reunions or special occasions. A small fitness room provides the basics for fitness-conscious guests.
Driving Directions
From Miami International Airport: Exit Airport via Highway 112 and continue east to 195 Miami Beach (don't go North on 95). Pass Intracoastal Waterway and exit on Alton Road North. Continue North until Alton Road dead-ends at 63rd and Collins.
From Ft. Lauderdale Airport: Exit Airport via US1 South turn right at Griffin Road (first light). Go to 95 South to 195 Miami Beach exit and head East. Exit on Alton Road North. Continue North until Alton Road dead-ends at 63rd and Collins.
From the Port of Miami: Exit hotel via Collins Ave. and head south. Take the 5th St. exit to the McArthur Causeway to Biscayne Blvd. and head South. When you see the Downtown Miami area and Bayside Market Place, the port signs will lead you.
